On May 12th 2016 I achieved one of my golfing goals on the Fazio course at Barefoot Resort my home. As I approached the eighth hole on the course my threesome discussed the wind and the distance on this tricky par three. The hole was playing 138 yards with an intermittent wind at our back. The hole is surrounded by wetlands with a front bunker completely across the entire front of the elevated green. It is essential to land on the green in order to par the hole. The front bunker is seven to nine feet below the green. Both my team mates hit seven irons and one was a bit long and the other went over the green and made it to the back bunker. I decided to play my eight iron and prayed I would get over the trap and land on the green. I hit my Titlelist ball saw it hit the green with a good line and turned away to get in the cart. One of my friends said I think you went in the hole. We got to the hole and sure enough my Titlelist ball smiled up at me. Very cool feeling thanks to a good swing and a better ball!
