After having a good finish on the hole before, I walk up to the tee box on #14. As I've played this hole many times before, I really didn't think much about a hole-in-one. 14's tee box sits about 149 yards out and the green is flat as can be. I approach my tee with my buddy behind me ready to watch the shot like any other hole. I hit it, and it doesn't get as much loft as I would have liked but it was well enough to make the green. We see it hit the front of the green and instantly realize it has a shot to hit the pin. As it's rolling, I said that's got too much speed it's rolling off the back... my buddy says otherwise. So we hop in the cart and scoot down to the green. I let my buddy take a run for it cause I didn't want to see it first. Watching the joy that came from him I knew it was in there. Who would of thought? A ball that hits the green 40 feet from the pin somehow finds its home. It was a wonderful feeling to say the least
