The 6th hole at Black Swan is an uphill par 3 that plays 168 yards from the blue tees. I had finally won the honor and pulled out a 7 iron. Right off the club, a playing partner said it was in the hole. A high bounce and then the ball disappeared. We couldn't see the bottom of flag stick from the tee box. As we approached the green, another playing partner said "you better check the cup." As he approached he asked, "what are you playing?" "Titleist Pro V #3...of course!" I responded. "It's right here!" High fives from my group, the group coming up behind us and then the ranger. My first ace...35 years in the making.
