Playing in a Rotory club tournament at Elmcrest Country Club E.Longmeadow MA. 4 man scramble.. Hole 17 ..156yrd par 3. I was last to hit..hole playing about 170 yrds. uphill ...trap guarding the green..Could only see top of flag..Pulled out a 7 iron and dropped it on the flag...When we got to the green we only saw 3 balls...Where's mine...Checked the cup...Boom! My first "Hole in one" after 35 yrs of golf.
