Date:-13th May 2017 Place:-Darley,Troon,Scotland After a horrible round and a few lost balls, I stepped up at the 16th fed up, frustrated and soaking wet!! Having watched my playing partners play way ward shots on this par 3, the pressure was on. Took out my 7 iron, teed up and then I went for it. I was praying just to reach the green!! Contact was perfect and the ball was going straight for the pin. It bounced just short of the green, kicked on and began to roll...towards the hole. Then the ball disappeared. Did that actually happen?!? Yes it did!!! First ever hole in one and my faith in the game was restored!!!
