Just switched to Titleist DT SO-LO because of a free hat offer with a dozen promo a few weeks ago. Noticed how much more distance I got with So-Lo (have a pretty slow swing speed for a 7 handicap). Very happy with that.

Had shot great front nine (1 under) but was just coming off a snowman (8) with an OB on number 11. Hit the hole-in-one shot with 9 iron (110 years) a few feet right of the hole in the air. Couldn't see the bottom of the pin (uphill) but we heard it hit the flag and go kir-plunk. Sure enough it was IN!!!

So shocked didn't make a par for the rest of back nine but did birdie 18 for a decent 77.
