Eight has been a great number for me. I have had two holes in one on Saucon Valley's Old Course in Bethlehem PA. The first was on Hole number 11 using a 6 iron about 166 yards with a Pro VI number 8 just two years ago. I just had another hole in one on hole number 9 using a 6 iron at 162 yards also with a Pro V1 number 8.

I have been playing golf for over 40 years and have never had a hole in one. The number 8 has been a great number for me.

Coincidentally I have three daughters all born with an 8 in their dates - 2 28's and 1 18.
