A group of work colleagues and I were down for a long weekend at Bandon Dunes Resort. It was my third visit to Bandon and we decided we were going to go play their Preserve course there which is in my opinion, the most picturesque course on the property. Hole #8, a mostly blind bowl protected by a dune in front...took out my Titleist wedge and swung. Couldn't find my ball when we approached the green...saw the other 3 balls on the green, but not mine...after about a minute of confused searching, my colleague found it resting at the bottom of the cup. Unreal feeling...one I hope to experience again.
