This was my first Hole-in-One. I was playing at the La Cantera Palmer Course in San Antonio. The shot was on #7 from the Gold tees. It was a 184 yard shot and I hit a 4 hybrid. I hit a good shot that I saw hit the green but due to the glare could not see the ball rolling on the green. After the other two players hit and we arrived at the green, I found my ball mark about 10 feet in front of the hole but could not find the ball. We assumed it went over the green and searched for 8 - 10 minutes. Out of frustration I headed to the cart to get another ball to play. As a last resort, I stopped and looked in the hole where I found my ball.

My emotions were all over the place going from frustration of thinking I lost a ball with a very good shot to the exhilaration of finding out I had my first hole-in-one. It is surely a shot and day I will never forget.
