My men's club has a progressive pot for a hole in one during tournament play. Yesterday I broke our four year drought and drained one! (My 5th all time) It was sweet justice due to the fact that I had gotten an ace during a home match play event last year and was not paid due to it not being a "real" tournament. It was a 179 hole with two large bunkers protecting the front and right side of the green with a middle pin. I smashed an 8iron and it was tracking nicely, I heard the ball hit the stick and the group ahead of me started cheering! Damn good day
