On a late sunday afternoon with my 9 year old son Nick I made my first hole in one. Robins nest is a par 3 course in the greater cincinnati area. Hole number 8, 107 yard hole from the blue tees is where the magic happened. This is a course where I take my sons to get them excited about the game of golf. I used my tiltleist vokey 52 degree wedge to ace the shot. The ball was a titlesit Pro V1 number 4. I have come close before but this time as the shot sailed towards the hole something magical happened. The ball hit the green and spun back towards the pin as it disapeared in the bottom of the cup Nick and I yelled wide eyed that ball just went in. We raced up to the green and Nick looked in the cup. There sat the Pro V1 number 4 staring back at me. I picked it out of the cup kissed it, and raised it in the air proudly. I had the group in front us cheering, and they came over to shake my hand. It was a wonderful feeling and something I will cherish forever. My sons now have something to shoot for to maatch their dads accomplishment.
