On April 15, 2016 I was playing at Meadowlands Golf Club in Calabash, NC with a group of Akron, Ohio Firefighters on their annual golf trip. On hole 15, a 125 yard par 3, I had my first hole-in-one. I hit a smooth 9 iron that hit about 8 inches in front of the cup and then hopped in the hole. You can only imagine how excited I was.
