While warming up on the range I wasn't hitting the ball well at all and found a Pro V1 in my bucket, so instead of playing a brand new ball like I usually do, I decided to play the "free" ball that I just found. I didn't score all that well, but played well enough to play the same ball for the entire round. Walked up to hole 17 at Langdon Farms and it was playing 177 yards and my buddy stuck it within a foot and we were all excited, then I hit the very next ball and it bounced twice, checked on the green slowed enough and then simply disappeared. We went nuts! Langdon Farms is one of my favorite golf course in Oregon and my buddies had mentioned earlier in the round that they had never seen an ace in the same playing group before. They can no longer say that! Pretty tough hole and fortunate I didn't have to use the flat stick!
