HOLE IN ONE

Today I was playing a round of nine at Cypress Run Golf Course near Franklin, Indiana. It was on hole number 2, a short par three, that it happened. I stepped up to the tee box with my 56 degree wedge, a little frustrated that I didn't have my 52 degree wedge, because one of my kids had taken out of my bag, I placed my Titleist ProV1 ball on the tee and let it fly. I knew it was a good one from the start. It landed about 15 feet short of the hole, and then rolled in. It was at that point that the retired farmer, who had just waved me to play through, let out a holler. I looked at my fiance's son and asked. "Did that just go in?" It was my first hole in one, and it felt awesome!! I think I was so excited that I over drove the third green, a 300 yard par 4, by about 40 yards. It was a great day on the links!!!
