My name is Jake Slocum and I am a lefty,  and I play high school golf for Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian, ID. I was playing in a 5A high school varsity tournament on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. I was on hole 14 and had a uphill into the wind shot and to the flag was 178. I clubbed up and hit a low draw with my AP2 6-iron and started it left of the hole and came back right at the flag. Then all I could see is the ball take a high bounce and never saw again until I walked up to the hole. My playing partner, Ryan Swanson pointed down at the cup and said "Dude you got a hole in one!" After that I gave a big fist pump. That was an amazing moment and I am a proud member of the Rocky Mountain Golf Team. I am thankful for my coach Paul Weyland, PGA and high school coach Mr. McCrady and of course my family. I love the game of golf, love my Pro V1's, Titleist Players glove and my new set of AP2 Titleist clubs. I wake up each day excited to get back on the course!
