On May 24, 2016, the Michigan weather finally broke 80 degrees. It was so beautiful, that I had to break out of work early to get in some practice holes before our weekly league play at Moose Ridge Golf Club in South Lyon, Michigan. I was not playing great golf coming up to the signature #16 hole. It's a down hill, 145 yard hole with a narrow green totally breaking towards the water on the right side. The pin was up front at about 135 yards, so I pulled my trusty 9 iron. Made a great swing, with a high, slightly drawing flight. My Titleist ProVx landed just on the green and slightly left of the pin, took one hop, and rolled right in! What a memorable day!
