I played Lakewood CC in Westlake, OH with some close friends on 8/15/18. My partner and I were getting drubbed by a slew of birdies until he finally won the 15th hole for us. He told me that momentum was switching and I should tee off first on the short 16th hole. I hit my Titleist ProV1X ball with my Titleist AP3 pitching wedge from 118 yards. As soon as it left the club face I said “Just go in”. The ball landed in the hole on the fly. It took out the lip of the cup on its way in! I was thankful that my host at the club had hole in one insurance to cover the bar bill. This was my fifth ace.
