I was playing golf with my Dad in Charlotte. Playing Carmel CC's South Course. It started out the two of us and had a pretty good match going but were waiting occasionally for the foursome ahead of us. My Mom and her friend decided to join us (just walking) on the back 9. When we got to the par three number 12, which played 185 yards from the Blue Tess, the foursome asked if we wanted to play through when they got to the green. We said yes and as I hit my 5 wood, and was asking for the ball to "sit", they all started cheering from the green and yelled back "the ball went in the hole for a hole in one" ! It was a pretty special day for this 15 yo.
