March 27, 2017, my seventh year enjoying golf, playing my local muni, Marty Sanchez links de Santa Fe, on the seventh hole using a seven iron (seven is my lucky number) I stroked a baby cut 140 yds, into a stiff breeze. I held my finish for what seemed like forever watching my yellow Titleist NXT Tour S sail towards the flag. It landed, hopped twice and found the bottom of the cup. That image is burned into my subconscious, I'll remember it forever. My life is complete, at least until I bag that elusive "Albatross."
