I had my first hole in one, today. Played the fifteenth hole at Downingtown. The pin was 137 yards away. I chose my pitching wedge and struck it pure. The ball flight was great. I saw it bounce once but couldn't see it afterward due to the sand traps blocking the view. Walking up to the green, I didn't see a ball. Sure enough, it was in the hole. The ball left a pitch mark six inches below the hole and the ball must have bounced past the hole and spun back into it's home. Finally!
