Back on March 7,2008, I got my very first hole-in-one. It was on my home course (Plumas Lake G.C., Marysville, Ca.), hole #7, 159 yds, with a 6-iron. Ball used was a Titleist Pro V1.

Yesterday, Sept.14, 2011, I got my second hole-in-one. It was on the same course as above, hole #13, 208 yds. Ball used was a Titleist NXT-Tour. Club used was Titleist 904F Fairway wood, 13.0 loft, R-flex. The ball hit about 4 feet short of the pin, and one-hopped into the cup.

I have been playing golf, and loving it, for about 30 years now.

It's nice to know I can still pull off these rare shots, as well as maintain a solid 11 handicap, at the ripe young age of....70 !!
