I was playing a casual round with an old teamate from my old high school and his mom. When we got to the second hole we had to wait on the group ahead of us to get off the green. Number two is the toughest par 3 on the course, its about 163 yards over water with sand traps on the left and over is out-of-bounds.

So I said to my friend, "man it would be awesome if I had my first hole-in-one here!" just thinking about it while we were waiting. Then the group got off and I hit and hit the most well struck shot of my life and saw my ball tracking right at the pin then I never saw it hit the green and thought it went over and laughed about my comment of hitting a hole-in-one.

When I started looking something didn't feel right so after about two minutes of looking I looked in the hole and there it was just sitting there and a little scuff where it had hit the pin.

This was the best day of my golf life.
