The #8 hole at Mare Island is 205 yards with an elevated green and as my friends and I walked up to the tee the foursome on the green waved us up. I was the first to hit and my ball hit just below the edge of the green and popped up and onto the green. Thats all we could see and I was happy just to make it on. As I bent down to get my tee my friends started to yell " Brad they're saying it went in" and my first thought was what went in? What was nice was that there were seven people that could share the experience with me.
