Do you have a 910 fairway or hybrid question? Ask Team Titleist.

With the recent release of the Titleist 910F, 910Fd and 910H, serious golfers everywhere are experiencing the Total Performance and Precision Fit of the complete line of 910 metals as we take long game performance and fitting to a new level.

The revolutionary 910 fairway metals and hybrids feature the fastest, most stable head designs Titleist has ever created, as well as the new SureFit Tour (SFT) dual-angle hosel.  SFT is innovative, patented technology that allows the loft and lie to be independently adjusted and set to provide golfers an unrivalled level of fitting precision previously available only on the major professional tours.

We will be sitting down with the team of product experts at our golf club facility in Carlsbad, California later this week to pick their brains about these revolutionary new clubs and ask them a few questions from Team Titleist members.

Send in your questions by submitting a comment below and make it a good one.  The club team will be selecting a few of their favorites to answer, so check back soon to see if your question is answered.

    Hi - I have a 910H with a S300 shaft.

With previous steel shaft in hybrids the club was made shorther than the graphite version I think but the 910 seems to the same length?

What swing weight is the steel version compared to the graphite and can if I take 1/2" off the length what impact on SW would this have?  Alos if I took 3/4" or 1"

I need help choosing a Hybrid to substitute my 3 Iron due to inconsistent ball flight.

I have the AP2 710 irons with Project X 5.5 Rifle shaft. 2 degrees upright in case this helps.

    I have a 7 handicap index.

My 6  iron swing speed is 85 MPH. Driver is 95 MPH

I hit my 4 iron 180 yards at sea level, and the 6 iron 160 yards.

I carry a 4 wood (between the 3 iron and the Driver) which I hit around 220 yards. It is Taylormade R9 TP w/ Fujikura Motore F1 85 grams.

I need a Hybrid to hit around 195 yards (10 to 15 more than the 4 iron).

I am not sure about the righ loft for the Hybrid, and also have doubts on the shaft (between Kai-li and Ahina). Can you please help me?

I purchased a 910fd recently from a local, authorized dealer,  and love the club.  I was looking at getting one of the weight kits to change the swing weight, and took the weight out to see what weight it was.  It was a little difficult to take out, as there was a clear rubbery / glue type material inside the head.  Not easy to get it back in either.  When hitting the club, the head seems very solid when struck, and wondered if the material in it helps reduce vibrations and gives it that solid feel.  My questions are 1) what is the material inside the head, and 2) can it be  injected in other driver or hybrid heads?

I was recently custom fitted with a Titleist 910 F 15 degree 3 wood and absolutely loved it during the session but when the club was brought out for purchase i was given a 910 Fd instead and was wondering if you could tell me the difference between the clubs.

I am 70 years old and have a 14 index.  Would you recommend me using the 910 D3?  If not, which driver would you recommend?   I am 6'2" -200 lbs.

    Thanks, Mercer

I am a "silver surfer" playing to a Handicap of 10, which has risen from 7 over the past 2 years. Length & carry are becoming a problem & am looking to ditch my 4 iron in favour of a Hybrid. My drives carry c190/200yds and average c 225yds. I find that 160yd carry is a regular feature on my course & the 4 iron isn't consistent enough these days. What do you suggest, as I believe that it is possible to tweak the new 910 Hybrids. I don't slice & am fairly straight with an occasional Draw. Thanks
