Bob Vokey on Dialing-In the Short Game for The Open Championship

Open Championship conditions vary year-to-year (if not minute-to-minute) but one constant is an emphasis on having the short game in top-form coming into the event. Sometimes that means taking a closer look at your wedge setup and making sure you're taking into consideration the turf along with the different short game shots that will be required to successfully navigate the terrain.

Team Titleist caught up with Master Craftsman Bob Vokey to get his take on what changes players might be making as they look to dial-in their wedge play at Muirfield and found out that a few little tweaks might go a long way.

Check out what Bob had to say in the video above.

    Honourable One,

Happy Birthday to the man behind the greatest wedges on the planet. I had  my 52 and 58 degree Vokeys hand ground in the van at a demo day which I took to St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns. Needless to say, they worked perfectly. Thanks to you and your team! Enjoy The Open. I'm sure thechampion golfer will be playing your wedges.

I am excited to see how well some of the low-bounce Vokeys perform this week in both the tight lies, deep bunkers, and knee-deep hay!

    Hey Bob, Happy Birthday!
