I have had my Fastback for over a year. Best putter I have ever owned, great feel. It has definitely made me a better putter.

It sounds like the shaft is not the correct shaft for you. The Fujikura shaft you replaced has different playing characteristics than the Voodoo.
I suggest you go get fitted at an authorized Titleist fitter to find the best shaft for you.…
