  • RE: Summer or Winter

Summer for me, and when it's really warm I prefer a nice and early tee time so I can get round in under 3 hours and enjoy the greens at their best. Looking forward to a game this Saturday, will be breaking out a fresh Pro V1 and a new glove - nothing…

  • Hole in one

Was playing my match play event being all squared with 2 to play. Pulled out my Titleist T200 9 iron at 135 yards. Hit it good and straight at the pin. Seen it land but didn't know it was in until I got to the green. That made my 4th career hole in one…

I think my HMB is smaller, which is what I'd prefer. I wish they…
  • RE: Fairway Driver vs Hybrid vs Utility Iron

3 Irons tend to fly lower which may be preferable in windy situations.
Hybrids are better out of the rough than fairway woods.
5W will soar low to high and land softly to stick greens which is why a lot of pros are moving to 5W/7W in place of hybrids…
  • Arcadia Bluffs

What a day. From the moment we got on the road to when we arrived it was a great day. As we teed off and looked out toward lake michigan I was grateful and thought wow how cool this place is, an homage to Scotland. As the holes passed one after another…
