    So if you came to my studio, and it sounds like your driver is money, I'd try all sorts of shafts and consider yours the gold standard. I may also look at gaps, putter, wedges and try to figure out if your clubs are keeping you from scratch.

    For the irons, the shafts are all the same. Even my woods have the same core size. I'm thinking a lot has to do with what tape the shop uses. Like you said, a "a couple of extra wraps" means nothing unless you know the tape used. Therefore, I will switch…

    I have played 4 times in the last week.  All from the blue tees.  I am close to breaking 80 but just cant get over the hump.  The new Titleist mygame app is great for posting scores and keeping track of stats.
