• My first hole in one

It was beautiful fall afternoon in Michigan. The leaves were beginning to change color. It was a typical day of playing golf with my friends at our local country club. As we approached the tee on the 15th par three hole I was feeling pretty good as I…

  • My first one!

Playing in the Gannon University (Erie, PA) Alumni scramble with three classmates (class of 1983). Nice 8 iron to just right of the hole. Ball released and slowly rolled into the hole.

First Ace and first time playing with anyone with an ace. I think…

  • First hole in one 10/05/24

Cog hill dubsdread hole 6, playing 203 downhill downwind. I hit a prov1 with the elmhurst blue jays logo on it. I hit 6 iron to a front pin, the ball bounced once off the fringe and rolled right with the slope into the side of the hole.

I've been golfing for about two years now. My dad always tried to get me into golf as a kid but I was a swimmer. Two summers ago my fiancé convinced me to try it and I fell in love. My dad LOVES to golf and hosts a huge golf bender weekend every year…

  • The hole in one you almost don’t claim… Par 3… with DRIVER!

Rather embarrassing; but playing an unfamiliar course with strangers and ended up accidentally anticipating a par 4 tee box… grabbed my ole reliable Titleist GT2 driver and headed up to the tee box… only to find upon arrival my group ask me “Driver, really…

  • Playing Short for the Win!

My buddy's dad wanted to play his first round of golf on a real course after taking lessons. I decided to go with them and play a par 62 executive course since it was his first round the three of us decided to play the front men's tees recognizing his…

  • Hole in One

I was playing in my local club in midweek competition. Hole 8 is a par 3 over water. Pin was set about 142yds from the tee. I hit my 9 iron, 620mb. Landed about 2 feet from the flag and bounced right and in the hole. Absolutely buzzing. All my clubs and…
