In perspective, almost all heads are cast or forged in China for all OEMs. Titleist does inspect and assemble in the US. Some others are also assembled outside of the US, with no direct inspection by the vendor.

Add a swing weight to the specification. That way, if it can't be attained, Titleist will let you/shop what the options are. Otherwise, they will get it to or as close to D2-D3, including adjusting the weight as necessary .
