• RE: Hot Melt

The hotmelt is like a glue that is injected into club heads for swingweighting. You might find that your club now feels really light when you swing it. You can use some lead tape to reweight the club and get your original feel back if you wish.
  • RE: Driving Iron

But I just got the new 818 hybrid in 17 turn down to 16 degrees works well for not so windy day I can still hit the stinger but not nearly as low but if you want it to hit par 5 in 2 its a much better choice
  • RE: Tournament / Rules Opinion

Scott....3000 miles away, this exact thing happened at out Club in the 4 ball Championship last year. And yes they lost that hole, and the previous holes as allowed under the rules. 9th hole of a 9 hole match is when they found out. Offender stated…
  • RE: 2018 Staff Midsize Cart Bag

I'm like Gary. Mid Staff Bag sits on my electric trolley, and fits nicely and is perfect. If I'm traveling I have my Staff Carry bag. Not to big, not too small. Has room for everything I need to either carry it or put it on the back of cart when traveling…

  • RE: Opening Day - Finally :)

Yep, finally got out today (May 04, 2018) and all I can say is "Holy major wind Batman!" Gusts up to 90 k/h

I knew the first round would be different, but this was ridiculous.
  • RE: AVX Ball

Looking forward to trying the AVX out - thanks for the info Mitch
  • RE: AP1 irons wear on sole

A screenshot would be helpful to see how scuffed up they are? All clubs? Some clubs? 1 club? I've had my AP2's and only my 9 Iron has a scratch on the sole. I knew there was a chance of it happening but I needed to hit the shot.
  • RE: ap3 shafts

The advice would be to go some place and try multiple shafts to see which combination of feel and flight works best for you. Anything else is subjective opinion, good only for a starting point.
