I'm not aware of any exchange program, unless you can convince the store/pro shop you bought it through to do an exchange. You might consider changing shafts first to something that may help with lowering your ball flight. Most "lite" shafts are designed…

If the head and shaft do not rattle when they are separated, then I would make sure that the shaft/head are seating and torquing down correctly when you put them back together. If they are not (and this has existed since you purchased the club), go back…

I did not believe that the Premium Carry Bag had a double strap option...There was an older version I believe that had dual straps but not the current model. Maybe that is why the 4up bag is just being released since it is dual straps in an ultra lightweight…
