Only sure way to know for sure would be to go to a Titleist fitter that has a Trackman/Flightscope with your 7W, 4H, and test a 3 hybrid or a 5W.

The only real difference between the XP-90 and the XP-95 is the available shaft flexes. The weight of the two shafts are pretty much the same.
