    I placed an order for a new GT2 3w with a Graphite Design Tour AD VF 8X shaft. The order form indicates "Standard tipping 1"" Does that mean the shaft is trimmed 1" total or is it cut differently to account for the adapter?

    Will definitely give them a try, I don't think there are many bad clubs out there now, so much of it is now down to fine tuning with an informed fitter and personal prefernce. But the GT range definitely has me interested.

    According to Bob Vokey, he would recommend one use a softer flex that is heavier on partial shot wedges like 56 and 60… full shot wedges can have the same shaft as your other irons.
