I know you can get them through Golf Smith (on-line). However - If you have a Golf Town nearby - they are an authorized Titleist Dealer and should be able to order them for you.

Yes, the 910 and 913 Driver adapters are compatible. The 910 and 913 FWY and Hybrids are not.
