    As others have said make sure you are in shape, being exhausted is no way to play, comfortable shoes, either a light carry bag, Carbon 4, or if you prefer a trolley, I love my Bag Boy Nitron. Lightweight and incredibly easy set up and store.

    The 7 iron chart is pretty accurate for me. 7 Iron goes about 155-160 so 6600 is about my max. Home course is 6300 so I am comfortable in my regular Sunday group.
