Have a 913 d2 head, looking for a shaft, swing speed of 100, play a fade would like to straighten it out, and I hit the ball low, want some more height, the head is a 10.5. Any suggestions on a shaft.

I am going to order a 913 D3 with a 46 inch  Proforce V2 66 shaft- stiff. My question is should i order it untipped or tipped, and does

 untipped just launch it higher and is the shaft a little more whippy than tipping it a half inch?
