• RE: 917F weights

Picked up the 917D2. I had the 913 with an Oban Kyoshi Purple Shaft. 45.25 inches. 75 grams , stiff flex. Swing speed 104-106. My question- Is the 12g weight that came with club with The Fujikura Pro 74 shaft appropriate for the Oban shaft. Thanks for…
  • RE: Shaft Length

I play my 913 at 44 1/2. Shaft is matrix 5×3 firm. I tipped 1/2 inch then added 1/2 to butt. It did stiffen and lowered ball fight which is what I wanted.
  • RE: Newer to Titleist. 917 Question

Richard F, I use the 913 also. Did you notice much of a change?
  • RE: Shaft

Assuming the shaft is on a 910 or 913 driver, yes, the adapter is common. I have switched shafts at times between all the Titleist drivers including the new 917.
  • RE: Sure Fit adapter question

Technically you can say 4. FW, H, and D have been separate starting with 913. The H adapter for 913/915 will work in an 816/818 but only the 816/818 shafts increment or decrements in full 1 degree markings. So the FW won't work in an H.

The Grove was a great day out even if we were robbed of victory!!
And the fitting day at St. Ives was fantastic - I have added…
  • RE: 917 D2 Drivers

Yes. 910/913/915/917 driver shafts are interchangeable
  • TT Fitting Event

Was at the fitting event yesterday at Eagles Nest, and I really have to tip my hat to Titleist for treating everyone who went like they were a tour player. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot, Ryan came out to greet me. He gave me a tour of…

  • RE: Graphite Design AD DI 6 Shaft?

Between the 5 years of shaft development and the improvements in design from the 910 to the 917, there may very well be a no up-charge shaft for both that would work best for you. Buying $800 worth of clubs plus up-charge and get less than optimal performance…
