    I have a 20.5 degree hybrid that is a breeze to hit and it has a graphite stiff shaft . I believe it is a 915HD. I also have a 913 24 degree with a steel shaft that fills the gap as a 4 iron.

    Forget getting a new shaft. You really need a new driver 907 909 910 913 915 917 series. You're 6 generations behind now. It will be well worth it.

    For me, the 915 didn't offer enough difference to give up the 913. The 917 has more pop, and more forgiveness so more mishits can find the fairway.

    Just updated my club by replacing my 913 Driver and 3 wood with 10.5 917D2 with Rogue Max S shaft, and 917F3 with same shaft. Also got a 815 H1 17. Can't wait for dry weather to try them out.
