Hi Jay,  That hybrid adaptor and shaft will only fit on an 816 hybrid or a 913 hybrid.  It will not fit on any non hybrid head.  You would have to get a 910 fairway specifc shaft and adaptor as we changed the adaptor on the 913 fairways. 

I feel your pain.  I dented my 913 D3 when it was still new. I have no idea how or when.  I loved that club , but every time I used it I saw that dent.  I didn't affect the performance but it was painful to look at.   I wish I could say replace it, but…

Another option to consider is a 91x 19* hybrid. It would be similar to a 5W but may be easier to get the ball up in light rough and off the deck. I have a 913 19* and find that it is the perfect club for me.

I know it's not that new but last year I switched to the 913 D2 driver and my distance instantly jumped 25 or 30 yards, I was more accurate, it was easier to work the ball, and it's probably the easiest club in my bag to know where you hit it based on…
