What about a local machine shop. They can re -drill the hole on a drill press, and fabricate a shaft to your specs. Might be worth a try. The can probably fill the old hole.

Six hats, 2 white, 1 red, 1 black, 1 blue ad 1 tan. And probably will add several others as the ones get used and begin to look well used.
