You probably want to stay 4-6 degrees apart in your gaps, so with a PW at 43, you could look at the set W at 48 degrees or you could get a 48 degree Vokey, then a 52 Gap and 56 Sand. At a 35 handicap, you might be better off going with the T300 W and…

Lower lofted hybrids are also harder to elevate and usually don't let the balls hold the green. Do a test fitting to see if the hybrid will give you the necessary descent angles to hold the green compared to the 5 or 7 wood.
