Hi. I have small rust spots on my scotty cameron putter shaft. It's about 3-4 years old. Is it normal for rust to show up?

Any advice? Does Scotty cameron take responsibility? Any help would be great.

Today (August 18, 2022) I had a hole in one on the Lyman Orchards Player Course in Middlefield, CT. 16th hole, 114 yards, slightly uphill, with a 7 iron. Both of my holes in one have been with Titleist balls! I will never play anything else!
