    Are you irons one inch over stand length? When getting fitted for wedges the Vokey fitter made sure that my wedges were the same length (+ 1/2) and 2* flat. I was fitted at a Vokey experience fitting at Pinehurst.

  • Hole in one

    On January 6 2022 at Wild Wing Plantation using my t300 8 iron into a stiff wind on hole #8 115 yards long I carded my 2 nd hole in one. I was using a pro V1 golf ball and wearing my pro ISL shoes. It was awesome.

    If your shot performance is not affected, I would not worry about it. If it feels light compared to your other clubs and it bothers you during the swing, just go up +2 grams on the weight. After-market works fine but any pro shop with a Titleist account…

  • Ball pricing

    I have checked several places, and the prior generation AVX are the same price as the new ones. Seems odd. Anyone have an idea why the older ones are not discounted?

    The right ball matched up with the right swing will always perform the best, regardless of maker. For what it's worth, the top 5 longest statistically on the PGA tour in 2021 played balls from other manufacturers.
