    I just purchased a Cart 14 bag and do not understand the purpose of the 2 loops attached to the long pockets on each side of the shoulder strap. Does anyone have an idea what these could be used for? These would not be accessible while on a car.

    Maybe find one of the older, used bags that had the removable cross strap system and use one of those straps. I am not sure the clamps are identical but worth a try if you find one cheaply on a resale website.
