RE: 2016 Newport 2 M2 Weights
Chris92009
No they do not, you need to send in your putter to the SC Custom Shop in order to have a pair of weights added. They will return your original weights.
The cost is about $50 depending on whether or not you add engraving etc...

RE: 714 MB SW Question
Chris92009
The PW of both your sets are different lofts so the SW would be different most likely as well. In my 716 AP2's I use a 52, 58 and 64 (thus 6 degrees separation) for each wedge since the PW is 46 degrees.
Just a thought...
Good Luck!

RE: Number color
JR
Hi Jim,
The black numbers are the Pro V1 and the red numbers are the Pro V1x. I'd like to hear what others have to say, but my top line reasons why you should choose one or the other are below (per Titleist).
Pro V1 - Softer feel, slightly more long…

Play what you like! You shouldn't listen to what other people say about your equipment, personal preference is your right. Exercise it!! Mike

RE: Old School

That is amazing!! You can tell that where he played they used a 90 compression ball because of the "red" number 7.

RE: Grips
CLehman
I believe the industry guideline is every 60 rounds. For me its about once a season until this year. If I keep practicing and playing at my current rate, I will need to redo my grips at the end of May. Thankfully I love re-gripping my clubs.

RE: Practice Mats
Hotsauce
Birdie Ball is without a doubt the way to go. They're a bit fragile, but provide the best roll of any mat I've tried.
