Cart 14 bag

I just purchased a Cart 14 bag and do not understand the purpose of the 2 loops attached to the long pockets on each side of the shoulder strap. Does anyone have an idea what these could be used for? These would not be accessible while on a car.

Recommend learning the game before investing in properly fitted equipment. Go see a teaching pro and talk to him. See what he suggests because lessons would be the first step and see what starter he would recommend that you would need for about a year…
