Hi Mike, at A1 your 3 wood is sitting at 1 degree upright which will only help produce a slight draw, I would focus on loft and increase it by 1.5 degrees by going to A4, once you have some sort of decent flight with your 3 wood, try B4 which is .75 flat…

If your care about architecture, play Caledonia, True Blue, or Legends Heathland.

A standard size multi compound grip will add about 1 swingweight.  You probably will not notice too much of a difference.
