I have a 40,5” (total club length when assembled) Project X Even Flow blue 85 hy shaft that came with 818h1 18* hybrid. I’m thinking of using it with a 23* TS Hybrid head I have at 39,5”. How much should I tip trim the shaft?

Is the head weight of the tsr2 16.5 deg fairway lighter than the Tsi2 16.5 head since Standard length of TSR is 43” and tsi is 42.5??

Pin the was 149 and in the front center of the green. Had a 20mph at my back. Got the 9 iron out and just wanted to put it in the center of the green just behind the pin. Ball hit about a foot in front and left of the cup and one hopped in.
