    Not easy to see with the carpet, but this shaft seem bent in the middle.
    Often, the steel shaft breaks when you hit something with it on a golf swing.
    If they were my club, I would have it replaced

    You can send them to Titleist for loft/lie checks. They don’t otherwise refurbish them. The shipping charge is generally more than having a local shop do this. In addition to the service charge.
